Norfolk & Western (NW) “1971 Stacked Lettering” is another all-new scheme for this Tangent flatcar. This car is an ex-Wabash flat that has been repainted into N&W black. As with many of the flatcar schemes, space is at a premium: N&W Decatur IL shops squeezed in stacked “Norfolk And Western” lettering vertically and applied the ACI Label on a separate steel plate. This car is available in two numbers.
