NAHX “Ralston-Jefferson” Delivery 1974 introduces a new “pink car” offering for our series of these beauties. Ralston-Jefferson was part of a multiple-town cooperative located on the CNW mainline in Iowa that was a gigantic operation and operated a large self-owned fleet of PS4750 grain hoppers. This car was part of a large 80 car order that was leased from North American Car Company in 1974 and are replete with the North American logo. These cars do not have shaker brackets, by design, a feature that only Tangent offers. These cars also have the “Call Collect” phone number stenciled on the side of the car, a number you can still call today for your grain acquisition needs. These cars are available in 6 road numbers.
