CBQ Chicago, Burlington, & Quincy in the “original gray” scheme from 1968. These highly distinctive cars have the large “Burlington” spelled out across the top of the car, and at right includes the “Burlington Route” herald. These cars go great with our sold out PS4000 models in case you have those. Our “phase 2” PS-2 4740s in CBQ include the centersill support brackets between the bays, early style jacking pads, and “square” side ladder bottoms, which are phase-specific details that come standard on our 4740 covered hoppers.
