Thank you to all of you out there who have supported Tangent Scale Models in the past and with our newest product, the General American 6,000 gallon 3-compartment tank car. I wanted to update you on the availability of our first tank car models.
Tangent Scale Models is now in the process of selling out the tank cars from our first production run, however not all cars are sold out yet.
These cars were released in mid-October. We elected to be conservative with our build quantities for this first production run in order to best understand the demands for these cars. We have finalized plans for a new build of cars. This build will offer these same schemes, albeit with new road numbers, as well as a few new schemes. Please understand that we do not announce new products until they are available, so we ask you to wait until the earlier part of 2014 for an announcement.
In the meantime, we ask for your patience as we try to meet the demands of you, our consumers. We want nothing more than to be able to place product under your Christmas tree, on your shelf, or on your layout. Please browse our store, since as many of you know, we offer 7 other product types besides the tank cars! Our other products span prototype freight car production eras from 1937 to 1981.
